As @Rolpheroo said, i have a stayfast guarantee of 10 Mbps. Regardless, speeds of 0.3-1 Mbps isn't the speed anyone should be expecting?
I had an engineer come out and they've said it's an outside issue. So i need another engineer to come out (assuming from Openreach). Hopefully that will sort out the issue!
