When will I get full fibre?

Hi, Engineers have been in the village  connecting cables to the existing telegraph poles for full fibre connection but they cannot or will not say when it will ve available. 

I have downloaded this form website but don't really understand it. Can someone see if it tells me anything about install.

It could be days, weeks or months before fibre is available to you. Work at your location is just a very small part of what is required to provide fibre to your house.

The screenshot shows that fibre is not available to you.

Thanks, it does mention FTTP on demand at 330mbs as available. 

This is why I am confused

That is a totally different business product that costs thousands.

FTTPoD is essentially just a Private Ethernet Circuit.
