Hi everyone, I would really appreciate who to contact to connect to the fibre that has recently been installed in my area.
I currently pay for the fibre 2 package with BT. I have messaged Openreach who say I need to contact my communication provider who is BT - I have looked everywhere on the BT website but I am completely stuck.
I'd really appreciate some help please 🙂

Re: Who arranges fibre connection to my house?
BT would not be able to help, as they would not necessarily know.
Use the address checker on the page below, and post the results, but edit out your address details first.

Re: Who arranges fibre connection to my house?
Have a look here & see if full fibre(FTTP) is available. Disregard FTTP on demand as that's a very expensive option.
Are you sure it was Openreach that were installing? There are numerous others installing networks that won't be available from BT. It's also likely to be some time between the digging & commissioning/availability.

try phoning the FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and see if they can help. if you get diverted to CS then hang up and try later

Re: Who arranges fibre connection to my house?
Unfortunately the link tells me all my details which I know. I need to know how I go about getting the fibre now installed in my area connected to my home - the neighbours have managed and they are with Sky for their broadband
- sorry it is very strange

Re: Who arranges fibre connection to my house?
Is the fibre recently provided in the area ( presumably you mean fibre to the premises, FTTP ) Openreach FTTP ?, obviously if it’s some other company ( and there are quite a few ) , posting here won’t provide any info on those Alternative Networks , if it’s Openreach FTTP and it’s ready to provide service , you approach the ISP you want to use and if they use Openreach ( BT do ) they should be able to arrange installation of FTTP , but in the first place you need to check if OR FTTP is available or not , using the checker site posted.
If OR WBC FTTP is shown as available, and you want BT to upgrade you to FTTP , you call BT , there is occasionally a glitch where OR say FTTP available but BT say it isn’t , if that’s the case call the specialist BT FTTP team

As that note says, simply order from your chosen supplier.
