I have fibre with Smart hub 2. It just one day all my wired devices are not working. So I unplugged everything and connected directly to the router but still does not work.
I have Restarted
I have done a Reset to Factory settings
Still no luck, so frustrating. I am using the wired for my work from home setup, I am desperate. It shouldnt be like this, my Hub is not even a year old.
Things go faulty. Report the fault to customer services and ask for a replacement hub
