I've received 6 month xbox game pass but then I decided to update to higher package which normally gives 12 months pass. I haven't received either 12 months game pass or additional missing 6 months.
Where can I ask for this to be fixed.

Sorry you're having problems claiming the Xbox gamepass. Our customer service guys should be able to help you with this. Can you try calling on 0330 1234 150 and let me know how you get on?

I've contacted them today and was surprised with advisor telling me they never heard of 12 months game pass... I checked and it not my imagination 😂
