Xbox Ultimate game pass charge

Hello,

I have upgraded my broadband to BT Fibre 900 which came with 12 months of Xbox game pass ultimate. My first bill has come and I have been charged £10, Can someone assist with this please? Thank you

did you activate the free 12 months by going to MYBT and then content partners?

Hello,

I got an email saying I'm eligible for the offer and then went through the link on that.

I have just called the customer help team and they have confirmed that I should be getting it for free for 12 months. They have credited my account for £10 this month, and have advised the offline team will look into the issue to credit my account for the remaining 11 months of the offer
