Youtube Not Working since Transferring Full Fibre 300 to new Address

I recently moved house and transferred my Full Fibre 300 contract to my new address, the new address had to have the fibre line connected but everything works fine except for Youtube, which does not play videos with the screen just gets stuck on buffering. I looked elsewhere for a solution and tried resetting hub, restarting hub, clearing cache on Youtube, deleting and reloading app, rebooting devices (HP laptop, iPhone, Android phone) nothing works. I read on this forum that the issue might be related to BT Internet.

Any help would be appreciated
