another speed guarantee question
I've been getting speeds of around 10-14 Mbps since early Feb though my guaranteed speed is 37. I've had a £20 credit against my bill but if it goes on 60 days am I entitled to any further compensation or is it just time to give up on BT?
Side question, if the issue is with the network will it make any difference if I switch providers?

Re: another speed guarantee question
If the issue is on the network it will make no difference unless you go with someone like virgin media or city fibre who don't use the openreach network.
Have you spoken to BT to do any troubleshooting? Have you had an engineer? If not I would suggest that is looked into with them. If you have then get back to BT and have them re investigate the issue so it can be fixed.
