I have lost the internet connection since noon the 12th, reported to fault to BT, may I get an update on the progress please. Thank you.

You reported the fault on a Saturday, there won't be any progress until at least tomorrow at the earliest.
I live in Denham Green UB9 and network has been down for days. We have no idea why? Cant get through to BT. Are you still having the issue?

This has been fixed I believe at least I have been reconnected since Thursday 17th late afternoon.
Spoke to soon, I’ve just lost the connection again… didn’t even last a day.
This is some serious issue... on Monday I managed to eport the fault to a BT Guide via using the 'Message Us' option, also filed a complain,
