can a staff member tell me what WBC / NGA profile im set to please and if interleave is on or off for download and upload please ? - thank you
im asking because whatever its set to now it feels like im a second behind when gaming . Had engineers recently out and they found no faults on the line [ apparently ] and im using the exact same equipment and setup that i was using when the line has been good at times . Nothings changed at my end .
had problems for a long time at this address and have previous posts if you need a catch up with whats going on . My connection has felt at its most worst again these last 3 weeks , before these 3 weeks my connection was tolerable but now its gone down hill .

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators who do not read all messages.
ive had great success through the forums with staff members . They are a great team . They are 10000x more useful than the call handlers when you ring up . The staff members on this forum also have access to stuff the call handlers dont and ontop of that the staff members here actually get something done compared to the call handlers .
looking back at your previous posts on the same subject in 9/23 and mods made some changes but they didn't seem to help so you requested line was put back to how it was and mods posted that was nothing else they could do. not sure what has changed.
