Btw generally things surely be resolvable or at least discussed, escalated to commercial teams (and that was all I had asked) instead of having to reach to CEO levels etc, surely not the best use of resources but I do see your point of view.
This is a BT Customer to Customer forum where there are no BT staff other than the moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts and do not take or very rarely take part in any discussions that may take place.
You can discuss it if you want but as I said this is not the place to seek change, which given that the BT Mobile system is now apparently going to be EE Mobile I doubt there is any point in even discussing it but as I said feel free to if you want.
If you do want to open a discussion I will move the thread on to the Lounge board which is more suited for discussions rather than the other boards which are primarily for users with specific problems with their BT packages and products and who are seeking assistance .
Yep likely latter works our way cheaper and some of the reasons are listed on my post at 05-05-2025 17h01!
