BT Mobile package

Hello

I have friends and family mobile package and so have children's mobiles.  How do I block their phones so they cannot access apps such as Tic Toc, Instagram, Snapchat etc please on their phones.  Also how do I pop parental controls on their BT mobile contracts

Hi, @Bolts Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Check out this link for more info on the BT Mobile parental controls you can customise them at www.bt.com/mymobile > to block the content you don't want your children to access.

Many thanks for response I'm attempting to do it now with different settings for each mobile in the family package.
