I took out a 12-month mobile contract last year which ends 16/09/22. However, when I try to request the PAC code it adds another 12 months onto it until 17/09/23 and says I have to pay an early termination charge of £200+ . This is clearly wrong as I am sure I took out a 12-month contract and that is what it says on my plan summary too.
