Both of the mobiles on our account are showing as not registered on network

Our mobile phones have recently stopped receiving or making calls. When I try to make a call, it just says not registered on the network. Any incoming calls cannot be answered and show as missed calls.

Use the Check Status tab on the EE site to see if there's an issue with your local mast.

Done that already and there are no issues.
