In the call protect menu you can see up to a max of the last 20 calls received. Then obviously any new calls and the oldest drops off the list. I like to delete off this list any spam type calls etc. But, when I select say 2 or 3 and tick the delete box it then proceeds to delete at least 1 or 2 that weren't selected which is annoying as these ones are genuine calls that I like to check back on and see the date someone called. This has been going on for many months but thought I'd actually pose this scenario to others.

How do you access the Call Protect settings is this by logging into your My BT on a web browser? If so, could you try clearing all cookies and cache for the browser and logging in again to see if the same happens?
