I have a mobile pay as you go with the then Orange, then EE.
I am suddenly getting No Voice Service messages since yesterday... regularly. As I have a fully member in ICU just now I don't need any problems . I have logged into my EE account and tried to contact Ee. that led nowhere, customer service unavailable . I tried to check reception problems, but it doesn't recognise my phone number!
I'm just wondering if it's BT I should be speaking to? We recently had a digital phone fitted and that is BT and EE combined

You need to contact EE. Although part of the BT Group they are a stand alone company and BT can not help you.
I would dial 150 from your mobile and they will be able to look into it for you
