Can’t use my mobile abroad

Hi everyone

I am unable to use my phone to make and receive International calls. I realised my settings needed to be changed which I subsequently did. However, I still can’t make or receive cards. Whenever I log on to my BT account, I keep getting a message that my account is being updated and that I should wait 30 minutes and try again. The 30 minutes is now 2 weeks. Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

did you update your mobile account in MYBT to allow international calls and also ensure that your international spend limit is greater than £0 say £5?
