Has anyone had any luck cancelling a data add-on? I've got one on a family SIM, I can see the option to cancel on myBT and can get all the way through to the confirmation page (and I get an order number), but I don't get a confirmation email and the renewal date doesn't change. I've now tried three times, but no luck.
What's the secret?
Hi @sirjamesp, sorry you're unable to cancel the add-on through your online account. It would be best to call 0800 800 150 and speak with the BT Mobile team who will arrange to cancel this for you.
