Cannot Make Calls Or Texts

I live in OL15 area of Rochdale and I am unable to make and receive calls and texts on my mobile. I cannot ring BT for help! Are there problems with service in this area please?

Well up until recently, I would have pointed you to the EE Status Checker. But in the latest piece of BT Group sh*thousery, they've now hidden that behind an account login. So unless you happen to have an EE account, you can't see it.

If you have a local Facebook group try posting on that to see if anyone else on EE or one of the other MVNOs that use them has issues.

Thanks for your reply. I did have to create an EE account to contact them about the issue! It's ridiculous! BT just want you to go with EE. Think I'll be leaving BT when my contract is up. After about 20 mins I finally got through to someone who told me they are working on 3 masts in my area which is causing the problem,  even though the EE checker was indicating everything was fine.
