My most recent bill shows a £9.59 additional charge for 819k of roaming data while we were on a recent trip to France. Before we went away, I checked the BT website...
"Roam Like Home is available to all BT Mobile customers at no extra cost. It lets you to use your minutes, texts and data allowances within our Roam Like Home zones without paying extra roaming charges."
I should not have been charged as neither of us exceeded our 3Gb monthly data limit. How do I get a refund for this mistake please ?

you need to phone CS 03301234150 and see why you were charged
is it possible you have moved to EE as roaming is not free with EE?
Does it show anything beside the extra charges for a country or anything? Out of interest did you get the ferry across as it could be it connected to the maritime network on the crossing which is chargeable
Curious to hear the outcome for you with this issue, as we just experienced a similar thing. Data was being used in France, yet we have been charged for Roaming excluding the Europe Zone (in 'Zone 7') and the charges are astronomical.
