How do I switch off the ability to call premium rate numbers from my BT mobile. Although there is a radio button to switch it on and off, it's greyed out - I can't access it. Thanks.

Hi, @Alibaba1 welcome to the community, and thanks for posting. I'm sorry the option to bar premium rate numbers is greyed out. If you call 150 from your mobile and ask to speak with the billing team they'll be able to help you with that.
