Hi. I currently have BT broadband and BT mobile. The contract term in both cases recently ended.
I've just renewed the broadband, but want to move to a different mobile provider. If I get a PAC code from BT, then give that to a new provider, will that supplier's one-time use of the PAC code trigger BT to stop charging me the monthly mobile charge?
It'd be nice if it happens automatically like that, rather than having to phone BT to cancel.

Yes! You've just described exactly what a PAC code is for!
Using the PAC code to a new provider to transfer your phone number should automatically cancel your BT mobile contract
Hi @wdblue You can find more information on a PAC and how to use it via this link: BT Mobile PAC
