Morning, I recently upgraded my BT Broadband to Full Fibre 900 with BT Halo 3. This should come with double data for any BT mobiles I have linked to the account.
The number of my mobile is listed as registered against the double data benefit on myBT, but the allowance in the phone's usage page does not seem to account for this (remaining 12MB as it was prior to the upgrade).
Any ideas why? Thanks
Got to my products /mobile /manage on MyBT and check your plan description, if it says something like 'BT Mobile 6GB SIM 5G Plan' alongside the picture of the SIM card then the double data has already been applied before your latest upgrade
