I purchased a mobile data add on yesterday evening, I have an order number etc etc but the data is not coming through to the phone and the extra charge not showing on my account. Any ideas? thanks
Hi @shelby2909 I'm sorry about that, I know that the order can take 24 hours to complete but it would be best to call 150 from your mobile and they'll be able to check if there are any issues with the order.
