Hi,
My mobile data suddenly stopped working yesterday. I have restarted my phone, switched it on and off, taken the SIM card out and in again, and nothing seems to work. I've switched the airplane mode on and off, and checked that the mobile data is on. Still not working.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Check EE for Service Status, making sure you toggle to Status from Checker.

There was a major data outage on BT Mobile a couple of says ago but that was widely reported here & you seem to be the only one now.
Assuming that you have not exceeded your allowance, have you checked the APN settings on your phone? if in doubt there should be an option to restore them to default.
Thanks. Yes, I've done that, and still not working. I guess I'll have to give BT a call, to see what the problem is.
