Mobile data is non existent, phone just sits there doing nothing, run a speed test and it can’t complete as an error message comes up saying no signal. The phone has 3-4 bars of signal and is showing as 4G. Have checked the area signal tracker on EE website and all looks ok, have restarted the phone and tried a full shutdown, have turned on and off airplane mode.. still nothing! The data intermittently reappears and loads a web page and then goes again…. This looks to of been happening a while as the wife mentioned an issue a week or so back with her phone for work. There’s obviously an issue that the BT and EE has decided to not communicate to the public and needs resolving or at very least some communication. Not good when you use your phone for Sat Nav and business usage might as well carry round a house brick atm.

I can understand your frustration at the data not working as expected.
Have you noticed if it is just happening in one location or has it been different places?
Has it been indoors only or outdoors as well?
You've been through the basic troubleshooting in what you've mentioned above, so if that hasn't resolved, it may need to be something that our tech support look at for you.
