it’s the three advanced settings that somehow defaulted to off I want to change.

@RobbieMac I have this also, apparently BT raised a ticket last week while I was in Spain but heard nothing.
Now back in UK and mobiles not even working here. Both show 4G and signal bars but arent able to actually use data.

Thanks for posting, it's taking us a few days to reply.
Have you tried calling the Mobile team on 0330 1234 150 to see if they can help rectify the issues you're experiencing with Data both when away and now when home in the UK? They should be able to offer assistance to resolve this for you.
