I am looking at moving to EE Mobile, as I keep seeing it posted around, but how would I go ahead with this? Do I need to make a support ticket with BT?
Currently, it says "Currently not available" under my contract and pressing "Change plan" comes up with a blank page...

Do you have email conformation from when you originally took out the Mobile contract? I suspect that "Currently not available" means your minimum term has expired so you're free to leave. You should be able to order online with your BT discount here.
