I would like someone at BT customer service to listen to the recording of the phone call between myself and the BT customer service agent when I placed my order to move over to EE

I moved two BT mobile sim only numbers to EE and was told that I get a free period of the BT sport app but when I called customer services they said they would listen to the phone call and get back to me but yesterday I hit a brick wall with my first call being dropped and my second call being told that they can not get my account details up
I am told that it is easy to listen to the recordings so I don't understand why BT seem to be making this so difficult?
