I’ve just gone back onto both devices and it’s now telling me to click the activation link in the email. I don’t think that’s a coincidence to have happened tonight.
Well, the problem appears to have been resolved now. Thank you to whoever was responsible for fixing that. I am aware that it has affected many others.
@JAG1 Yeah I’ve been in that position and went down that route too. I won’t be pushed around and taken for a fool.
We’re out of contract with BT Mobile but still have another 18 months to go with phone, tv & broadband. We now have an Altnet in our village and we heard today that Virgin Media will be cabling our road next week. We’ve been happy with BT, but the EE rebrand thing has been going on for at least 3 years now with mobile, and it has been a complete fiasco with broadband, tv and digital voice for some who have been left stranded between the two with no services.
