Have you tried reporting the problem to the developers on the relevant app store.

Why can I no longer see my mobile data usage on the mybt app?
This lack of information is causing me problems balancing my use whilst on holiday.
iOS My BT update saying bug fixes……no still not working.

All this update seems to have done is replace the meter on the ‘front page’ with a link to the usage section….. which for me contains incorrect data.
If I go into manage my products / mobile on the web I get a completely different usage figure to the one the app is now pointing us too.
Just looked now - the page the app takes you to shows 6.4GB of my allowance remaining when the product management page shows (correctly) 1.76GB left.
Plus the app continues to not sign you in to view information meaning you have to continuously enter your My BT credentials, which is made even more infuriating as the login page is not recognised by my iPhones password manager so I cannot autofill and have to laboriously type out my email address every time 😡
Frankly it is more trouble to use the app than the webpage.
