My contract is not even up till next year August what do I do?

If the phone is faulty and still under warranty contact BT 0800.800.150 to arrange a repair.
If it was broken or damaged by you, you will need to replace it at your own cost.

Broke as in just stopped working or you broke it?
If the former, call BT who should repair/replace it. If the latter, pay to have it repaired or buy another.
