As mentioned previously, mobile data reappeared yesterday evening.

Yep, my son's connection has been up and down for a few days, now it's lost all data and SMS.
If BT know this is a problem, and it's been ongoing since the 20th November can't they offer E-sims to those that are impacted?
Good morning @Brislad, if your son is still struggling at the moment I definitely want to make sure we get this checked out.
Have you had a chance to take a look at the status of the network in your area to see if there's anything local going on that could be causing this?
