I'm moving to another network so I need to get a PAC. Because I had 2 numbers under 1 account I can't text the general number for the code.
I've logged in and gone to the page to generate a code but nothing happens.
I click on "Get Started" then the button disappears along with the text and I'm left with 3 headings of:
Type of switchWhat to expect if you switchYour switching code... and a load of FAQ's
Tried this process a few times and no code appears

Check out How do I get a PAC? | BT Help and there is a text option and if that fails, you'll need to call in and speak with the Mobile team.
