Requested PAC and because 2 mobiles onthe account BT sent same PAC for both but new provider will not accept. I have followed all the guidelines of how to do it online as requested by a text from BT but it just sends me round and round and round - anyone help me to acquire separate PAC for each phone.
You will need a PAC for both numbers, each one will have its own PAC

Sounds like an issue with the other network
