Hi @Tomkk311,

Welcome to the EE Community

Is it only your mobile data that is restricted after paying your bill, or are calls and texts also not working? 

If there has been a restriction due to an overdue bill, it can take up to 24 hours to fully restore, but make sure you have restarted your phone as well, if you have not already done so after paying.

No mobile data. No internet, phone calls or texts are working. I have restarted my phone multiple times

Did you pay the full outstanding balance? How did you make the payment?

I have payed everything. On the My BT app it says I have nothing to pay.

Since it's been over 24 hours, I recommend speaking with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and manually lift any restrictions for you.
