Poor mobile signal at work

Signal strength is acceptable outside but poor inside a modern metal clad industrial unit.

How can I boost the signal inside?

There is no landline or wifi present.

Thanks

Re: Poor mobile signal at work

Nothing if Wi-Fi isn't available.

BT/EE don't offer signal boosters anymore unfortunately.

Re: Poor mobile signal at work

WiFi calling is something you turn on in your mobile assuming mobile has capability

Re: Poor mobile signal at work

EE/BT stopped supporting their own some time ago, there's info on the Ofcom website about repeaters.

https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/advice/using-a-repeater-t...

I think that they can be quite expensive!

Re: Poor mobile signal at work

If there's no broadband or WiFi available, you're pretty much screwed unfortunately and I feel your pain. Our smoking/vaping area is the buildings inside parking area and mobile signal is very poor on all networks due to the thick concrete and steel walls

Re: Poor mobile signal at work

You say there is no Wi-Fi but it's not clear from that if there is a broadband connection, if there is you may be able to provide your own Wireless Access Point
