I have a BT mobile account with 4 family sim cards on it. I want to move away from BT mobile and have requested a PAC. I have been given the same PAC for all 4 sims.
Trying to move to Voxi and the first number and PAC went in fine. All the others gave an invalid PAC message. I'm thinking it because of the duplicate PACs.
Called BT and they say the duplicate PAC's is correct. Contacted Voxi - they have no idea.
I think - maybe its using the same PAC with the same network. Try to use the PAC on Asda mobile - same issue invalid PAC. Now Asda uses Vodafone like Voxi.
Anyone provide any ideas or experiences. Thanks Marc
