Hi! I have a SIM ONLY subscription with BT , and I lost my phone ! the insurance people asked me to provide them with proof of use of the phone with that SIM, IMEI, first and last use!
The phone and insurance are from another phone company, and I was using the BT SIM in it.
Do you think BT can help me with that ?
