I don't see any open orders.
I only tried to increase the monthly spend cap to one of our accounts, 3 weeks ago. And now that we have finished our holiday, I wanted to decrease the spend cap, but it has been greyed out on that account

Hi @cherryfan, the bt.com faults team believe they've fixed the problem with managing the mobile settings. Please would you check and post back to let me know if the fault has been fixed.
