Hi. I have a Family 5G plan, and my daughter ran out of data just before the end of the month. I added on 1GB a few days before the next month started and saw you can only do this on a monthly rolling process, but when I tried to take it off again I couldn't find any way of doing so. When I tried to ‘manage addons’ it would only let me add more. Now it has automatically added a 2nd 1 Gb at nearly £9, which is just short of the cost of her usual 8Gb/month data.
I tried to get BT to take it off and have waited on hold for over 30 minutes
Can anyone help please?
