Settings greyed out

On my bt . If I go into mobile then settings to change my price cap, data cap and filter settings it’s all greyed out .  Also at the top on the page it reads “ 

We're just updating your account

If you want to make any changes, please wait 30 minutes and try again.“

 

But it has been there for several days now and I cannot change settings ?

I want this fixed
