Swapping from BT to EE

Hi iam in the middle of swapping from BT to EE  with 3 SIM cards,

However I ordered 4 SIM cards but for the life of me can't cancel the extra SIM card.

I was in the phone and web chat from 11.50 am to gone 9 pm with no resolution, everybody  kept passing me back and forth to each other.

I also tried to cancel everything to go back to BT and my three BT SIM cards under cooling off period, they stated they wasn't any longer bt to go back to, my head was in bits yesterday.

I suffer from really serious illness and almost bed bound.

Can anybody please help
