Switched Network

I have recently switched from BT mobile to O2. The switch has been completed  ie the tel no is changed on the O2 account but my phone is locked and now no longer accessing a network (BT nor O2). It is asking for an NCK code, which I can bypass  but  not to make calls, texts or access the Internet. I no longer have a BT account for my mobile. Incidentally the phone is a Huawai. Any ideas on how to progress with this would be much appreciated.

you need to phone BT CS 03301234150 and get the unlock code for your mobile phone and have IMEI of phone handy.  should be free

Thanks for this. I have called CS on the number you suggested and they have applied for an NCK code for my phone. They will email me the code once they recieve it. Not a swift fix as it could take up to seven days. Hopefully it works  and I will mark as Accepted Solution.

The CA from BT got me to do this too but it didn't work for this phone (Huawei!?!). Thanks for suggesting it though.
