My cordless phone BT3960 has no dial tone and says memory full. How do I solve this problem?

Welcome to the community.
Are there any answerphone messages that you can delete to free up some memory? You can see the steps to do that on page 41 of the BT3960 User Guide.
Once that's done, it should start working as normal again.
