did you update MYBT before you left to ensure international use was on and that your spend limit was greater than £0
did you also change the international spend cap from £0 to say £5. cap has to be greater than zero
Thank you so much for your help. I have changed the cap on international use and now the R has appeared above signal strength. Hopefully mobile will work okay now. I'll be contacting BT about this issue when I return home as it certainly wasn't made clear in the guidance. Thanks again!
