- Am in France. Cannot get Internet connection on my Samsung A21S. I have followed BT instructions on how to set up phone before coming abroad. The ' help when abroad ' contact number for BT will not connect . No e mail address to contact BT either. Not happy with BT at present! My husband has same model of mobile but is with Tesco and he has had no problems with Internet. Could any kind person on this forum offer advice please?

did you update MYBT before you left to ensure international use was on and that your spend limit was greater than £0

did you also change the international spend cap from £0 to say £5. cap has to be greater than zero

Thank you so much for your help. I have changed the cap on international use and now the R has appeared above signal strength. Hopefully mobile will work okay now. I'll be contacting BT about this issue when I return home as it certainly wasn't made clear in the guidance. Thanks again!
