I have a SIM only contract at the moment and would like to upgrade this to a handset one. As my renewal is not until December, if I go online, I get the message that there are currently no options to do this. Find it difficult to believe that BT wouldn't want to encourage me to do this. If I have to wait for my renewal date then I will be much more tempted to look at other providers. Any other ideas please?
