just arrived in italy and just discovered that i have no connection at all and no opportunity to contact customer service BT to solve the problem. is there a way to chat with BT via WhatsApp as the only way to make it work si via wifi. so no point to have the customer phone number. anybody can help as all the setting seems correct on the web portal and on the phone and i have reset the phone few times. it is not only my phone but also my son as the same no signal. maybe something to do with recent EE change over? really frustrate as no communication possible...even if is my fault very bad BT as you do not have and means to communication over wifi...really bad.
Log in to MyBT and activate roaming and add an additional spend limit of around £20. Also check that roaming is enabled on your actual device...
