Unable to restart BT monthly sports pass subscription

A year ago I subscribed to the BT Monthly Sports Pass for a month. I want to subscribe again. I log into My BT, click Restart  subscription and then nothing but a red, blue and purple ball bouncing up and down. I have tried it using Chrome, Edge and the BT sports app with no luck. Please advise, Solidago.
